Introduction to "Forest Bathing" and Other Gentle Practices for Outdoor Mindfulness with Nadine Mazzola
Guided forest bathing is a gentle and relaxing practice that restores our connection with ourselves and the landscape around us. Take time out for yourself in this very special opportunity to connect with others and experience forest bathing together in a group led by certified forest therapy guide and award-winning author, Nadine Mazzola. Awaken the delight and awe of nature within you. Each class in this four-week series will consist of a series of gentle activities that allow participants to use their five senses to engage with nature. Space is limited.
