Nature is both fragile and strong. She nurtures, endures, adapts and with time, heals to grow and re-create herself. Drawing on inspiration from nature and artist Andy Goldsworthy’s use of patterns in nature, you will explore your own ability to grow and re-create. With plenty of places to sit along the way, you will wind your way through the healing gardens in the way of Shinrin Yoku (meditation in nature) and create your own individual patterns in the sensory garden with gathered and other found objects provided.
